This policy covers the homepage and all project pages on this website. The website is advertised and operated by Javin Lee, Registered Real Estate Negotiator REN 22313 with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd E(1)1584. Javin personally handles enquiries sent to the contact details below. This is an independent property marketing website, not a developer’s official website.

Information you choose to provide

The homepage form asks for your name, contact number, buying purpose, preferred location, property type, budget range and expected purchase timeframe. Project forms ask for your name, contact number, project, buying purpose, budget range, expected purchase timeframe and optional requirements or questions. If you email or message Javin directly, the content and contact details you choose to send form part of that communication.

Please do not include passwords, OTPs, NRIC or passport numbers, identity documents, bank details, payment-card details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Preparing a draft is not sending an enquiry

Form entries are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. There is no website lead database or form-submission API. Clicking “Continue enquiry on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp and transfers the draft content to WhatsApp/Meta through its click-to-chat URL. Review, edit or cancel the draft there. Javin receives it only if you press Send in WhatsApp. Opening a draft is not a booking, reservation or completed submission to Javin.

You may instead contact Javin directly without using a form. Your browser or device may retain autofill information or browsing history according to your settings; this website does not control those settings.

Purpose and handling of sent enquiries

Information you send is used to answer your enquiry, discuss suitable properties, provide requested materials, arrange viewings and communicate about any purchase support you request. Javin handles enquiry records in WhatsApp and email, not a website CRM. You may ask Javin to stop follow-up at any time.

Sharing and third-party services

The form does not automatically forward your details to IQI, a developer, lender or another sales team. If you request coordination with another party, ask Javin to identify the recipient, purpose and information to be shared before proceeding. Applicable legal disclosure requirements may also apply.

WhatsApp/Meta and your email provider process communications under their own terms. Project pages may embed Google Maps or a property virtual tour, display externally hosted images, or link to Waze and developer websites. Loading an embed or external resource, or following a link, can disclose technical information such as IP address, device/browser details and the referring page to that provider. Their availability, storage, cookies and processing are governed by their own policies.

Hosting, logs and advertising technology

The hosting and security providers may process technical request information, including IP address, device/browser details, timestamps and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. This differs from storing your form entries in a lead database.

No first-party Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tag, Google Tag Manager container or Meta Pixel is currently activated in this website’s code. This does not describe third-party embeds as cookie-free. Before introducing optional tracking, the operator must review the applicable disclosure and consent requirements. Personal form values and complete WhatsApp draft URLs must not be included in advertising or analytics events.

Retention and security

Sent enquiries remain in the relevant WhatsApp or email communications unless deleted. No fixed retention duration is stated here. Contact Javin to ask about retention for your enquiry or to request deletion. Applicable record-keeping obligations and the capabilities of the relevant messaging or email provider can affect what can be deleted and when. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to or correction of information Javin holds, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to further contact by emailing javinlee.properties@gmail.com or calling +60 14-689 4133. State the conversation or enquiry concerned without sending sensitive identification documents in an initial request. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping obligations. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier processing.

Changes to this policy

This policy will need to be updated if the enquiry process, data handling or service providers change. The date above identifies this version.
